As the 25th year of my career as a decorated Atlantic City Police Officer drew to a close, I decided to share my passion for dogs and my commitment to positive based dog training by opening Four on the Floor Dog Training. Since my humble beginnings of having only 3 clients, I have helped hundreds of familys raise and train their puppies and given troubled dogs a better life. I am committed to reward based & positive dog training that produces better results and gives you and your dog a better quality of life together.
All of the SoraBully’s Bull Terriers are trained and shown by me. Since my first show dog Sora, I have been very fortunate and privileged to have shown her children, grandchildren, and now great grandchildren to their AKC Championships and Grand Championships. I am immensely proud of my dogs accomplishments in the ring. Show ring training available.
I breed Bull Terriers under the kennel name SoraBully’s Bull Terriers. Dogs are more then just a hobby, they are my heart. Raising healthy and happy Bull Terriers starts before one puppy is born. Training with Four on the Floor Dog Training gives you access to decades of not just dog training but health, grooming, and nutrition knowledge. All of the SoraBully’s Bull Terriers start learning the moment their eyes open. Give your puppy the best start possible and come experience the Floor on the Floor Dog Training difference.
All to the puppies born here at Four on the Floor start an enrichment based dog training program based on the Puppy Culture training program as soon as their eyes open. Did you know that “puppy socialization” ends at the start of 13 weeks of age? At Four on the Floor I welcome puppies as young as 8 weeks.
The answer is yesterday! My baby puppy training is based on my experiences of breeding and raising my own puppies, Four on the Floor Dog Training has developed a training program for puppies as young as 8 weeks that is done in a safe & enriching enviroment. We welcome puppies of all ages and firmly believe it is never too early to start your puppy off the right way.
If you have a dog that struggles, it is time for both of you to start living a better life. Dogs that struggle with aggression, lunging on leash, fear & anxiety, and separation anxiety CAN HAVE a confident & comfortable life and Four on the Floor Dog Training is here to help make that happen.
I have been in your shoes having lived through the reactive dogs, the dog aggressive dogs, and the flat out difficult ones. I was fortunate that my mentors in Bull Terriers are widely respected dog trainers and have shared their knowledge and experience with me. All of my “problem” dogs went on to have successful show careers and are living long and happy lives. My behavior programs offers support to you and your dog. Together we will set goals and achieve a better life for your dog.
IchiBan is my sole inspiration for the Four on the Floor dog training program. When I tell you I have been there with the hard dogs, IchiBan is living proof. To this day keeps she me honest and inspires me to help others who have an IchiBan in their life.
Ki is IchiBan’s brother who as result of a dog attack at 10 months of age came to hate other dogs. He is a living testament to Reward based dog training and who my behavior modification program is based on. He was able to complete his AKC Championship and is officially Champion SoraBully’s Kang Kam Chan.
Ki died on November 29, 2022. His legacy will remain strong in every reactive dog that I train at Four on the Floor.
He is so very missed.
One Miss Sushi Marie is in charge of all puppy taming and calming here at Four on the Floor Dog Training. Sushi’s ability to read other dogs and puppies is priceless. A mother herself, she offers calming signals to puppies that worry and without the raise of lip tell the brassy ones to slow down. I trust her with all of my heart and soul and her job here is one of the most valued. I truly treasure her and am so grateful to have her in my life.
Meet Sushi’s son Fuji. Fuji is in charge of the Swagger Department at Four on the Floor Dog Training. Fuji has the very important job of ignoring other dogs no matter what the distraction and is often called upon when working with reactive dogs who need a calming presence to learn. Fuji takes his job very seriously and is just my best boy ever.
Junior Staff Member Miki is also a Sushi baby and is charge of the romping and play department at Four on the Floor Dog Training. Miki is a chip off of the Sushi block and just adores meeting & greeting and of course playing with puppies and dogs. She is as sweet as her mother and very welcome addition to the Staff no matter what Fuji says.
